- Bring balloons, fresh flowers, photographs, and/or party treats
- Serve mimosas or other refreshing drinks to guests upon their arrival.
- Have games planned.
- Designate one of the guests as the event photographer – you’ll be grateful you did!
For Brides and Bridesmaids
There’s no better way to thank devoted bridesmaids than by spoiling them at the spa. Consider buying monogrammed spa robes in the bride’s wedding color as bridesmaid’s gifts and have everyone wear them during the party. This is a gift ladies will appreciate and it makes for fabulous spa photographs. The bride should wear a white robe, of course – veil optional!
Reserving the Spa ASAP
Make reservations for your gathering as early as possible, preferably 6-8 weeks in advance. We can accommodate up to 8 guests in our space. Know your party date and the estimated number of guests and services before contacting the spa as these are the details to cover first.
Depending on number of guests, services would be chosen from the following list:

Payment
We will require the host/hostess to use a credit card to reserve a spa party. This will include pre-payment of 50% per treatment, as well as the $120 fee to reserve the spa for privacy. The remaining 50% will be charged on the day of spa party services, as well as 20% gratuity to the service provider. Cancellation less than 24 hours for remaining 50% of charges with be applied to the host/hostesses credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy: Credit cards will be expected to hold appointments. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service cost.
